Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment and Payment
All students must enroll and make full payment for the class prior to the start date. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis and classes may fill up quickly. 
 
2. Refunds, Cancellations
In the event that a class is cancelled by Whyte Labs, students will receive a full refund.
 
We seek your understanding that once a booking is made, no refunds will be allowed.
 
However, if you need to reschedule your booking, you may do so subject to availability and at the discretion of the organiser. Please note that rescheduling may not always be possible, and we cannot guarantee availability for your preferred rescheduled date.
 
To request a rescheduling, please contact us at hello@whytelabs.com at least 14 days prior to the scheduled workshop date and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

3. Class Size
Class size is limited to ensure a high-quality learning experience for all students.
 
4. Attendance and Lateness
Regular attendance is required for all classes.
 
5. Safety
Students are responsible for their own safety and must follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the instructors.
 
6. Materials and Equipment
Students are responsible for any damage or loss of materials and equipment as a result of their own actions.
 
7. Photography and videography
Whyte Labs reserves the right to take photographs and videos during the class for use on our website and social media platforms. By registering for the class, you give Whyte Labs permission to use these images and videos for promotional and marketing purposes. If you have any requests or objections to specific images or videos, please let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate your requests or remove the respective media.
 
8. Code of Conduct
All students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. Any student found to be disruptive or disrespectful may be asked to leave the class without a refund.
 
9. Liability
Whyte Labs will not be liable for any injuries or damages that occur as a result of a student's participation in the class.
 
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Whyte Labs reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time.
