Building Smart Assistive Devices
Introductory Workshop
Goldhill Shopping Centre (Novena MRT)
S$290
For ages 11 & up
Does your child have ideas but is unsure how to bring them to life?
In this 6-hour workshop, your child will conceptualise and build their own Smart Assistive Device for the blind, from scratch.
They will learn the basics of circuits, sensors and coding with Arduino, and in the spirit of sustainability, use simple upcycled materials to build their prototypes.
No prior experience needed!
New batches start Mar 2023
Prototyping Smart Devices
Weekly Program
Pre-requisite: Building Smart Assistive Devices
S$560/mo
For ages 11 & up
Build confidence...
Enjoyed the introductory workshop? Now build confidence in prototyping smart devices with your bare hands and imagination, and build a foundation in Arduino, 3D Printing and Hands-on Prototyping. We'll deep dive into physics, coding and electronics, and learn how to connect ideas from different topics to build our own unique ideas to life.

Bring your robotics journey to the next level...
Just graduated from our Walking Robots program and wondering what else you can do next? Join us for weekly advanced classes as we explore sophisticated motion control, make our robots more intelligent by integrating new sensors, and more!
At the end of the term, gear up for a robotics earthquake rescue mission in a friendly competition with your peers.
... and beyond
Learn to use computer-aided design software to create and 3D print your own robot parts! Modify your Whyte Labs Hexapod, or design a your own creature - six-legged, four-legged, ten-legged - the sky is the limit! We will guide you through the process of designing, developing and programming your very own signature robot.
New batches start Q3 2023!
